MotionControl provides programmable logic controllers, pneumatic cylinders, and variable frequency drives for conveyor line automation. All equipment is sold for industrial use only. No consumer-grade or medical applications are covered under these terms.
You must ensure that your facility meets the electrical, pneumatic, and environmental specifications listed in the product datasheet. Installation and commissioning must be performed by qualified personnel. Any modification to the hardware or firmware voids the warranty and shifts liability to the user.
MotionControl is not liable for indirect damages including production downtime, lost revenue, or injury resulting from improper integration, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow safety guidelines. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product that caused the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate access to software updates, technical documentation, and support services if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using all related MotionControl software and return or destroy any proprietary materials provided.
